Only one gas station in Cumberland County sold midgrade gas in the week ending Mar. 14, at $3.69 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

There was only one reported gas station in Cumberland County, according to GasBuddy customer submissions.

Across Virginia, the average reported price for a gallon of midgrade gas rose to $3.77, compared to the week before.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
