In terms of gender distribution, the student body in Nottoway County comprised 50.3% girls, with boys representing 49.6%, while 0.1% of the students did not specify their gender or identify with either category.
Data also showed that Black or African American students made up 43.3% of the student body, the largest percentage in Nottoway County schools, followed by white students with 36.7%, 11.5% Hispanic students and 0.7% Asian students.
Nottoway High School had the highest enrollment among Nottoway County’s five schools in the 2024-25 school year, welcoming 511 students.
