Mayor Sam Parham and Petersburg City Public Schools Board Chair Kenneth L. Pritchett will hold a joint Ward 3 meeting on April 14 at 6 p.m., according to a March 24 announcement. The event is scheduled to take place in the auditorium at Walnut Hill Elementary School, located at 300 W. South Blvd.
