Of the 1,271 people living in Twin Lakes in 2019, 50.7 percent (645) were women and 49.3 percent (626) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Virginia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 466-to-422. In the 65 and over age range, there were 58 females and 48 males.
