County of Lunenburg recently issued the following announcement.
The Lunenburg County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 beginning at 7:00 PM in the 2nd floor Courtroom; Lunenburg Courts Building, Lunenburg, VA 23952 for public input on the Lunenburg Solar Facilities Ordinance.
A copy of the full text of the ordinance is available to review here and in the County Administration Office, 11413 Courthouse Road, Lunenburg, VA 23952, pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1427.
It is the intention of the Lunenburg County Planning Commission to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Should you need special Accommodations, please contact the County Administration office at 434-696-2142 prior to the meeting date.
All who attend the Planning Commission meeting must adhere to the CDC guidance according to Governor's Executive Order No. 79. Written comments will be appreciated, in lieu of oral presentations.
