Department of Environmental Quality recently issued the following announcement.
Radford Army Ammunition Plant public hearing

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
At this hearing, DEQ will receive oral comments on the draft hazardous waste treatment and storage renewal permit for the explosive waste incinerator at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant facility. The hearing will be held at the Radford Public Library Community Meeting Room located at 30 W. Main Street, Radford, VA 24141. A community meeting will be held at the same location on August 12.
