County of Cumberland issued the following announcement on Oct. 29
We are working with the Commonwealth Regional Council to update the Hazard Mitigation Plan for this region, and we want to hear from you about your concerns as they relate to hazards in the community. Hazard mitigation refers to efforts to reduce loss of life and property or damage to structures and infrastructure by lessening the impact of disasters before they happen.
