County of Lunenburg issued the following announcement on Nov. 1
Instruction to Offerors: DUE DATE: RFPs are due in the Prince Edward County Administrator’s Office, 111 N. South Street, Third Floor, Farmville, Virginia 23901 by 2:00 p.m. on November 18, 2021. Failure to submit proposals to the correct location by the designated date and hour will result in disqualification.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RESPONSES: Interested parties must submit a complete response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) in the form of a Letter of Interest. One (1) original hardcopy, and an electronic copy must be submitted to the County Administrator. Letters of Interest should be mailed or hand delivered to: Prince Edward County Administrator’s Office Attn: Douglas Stanley, County Administrator 111 N. South Street, 3rd Floor, P. O. Box 382, Farmville, VA 23901 Questions or requests for clarification must be made in writing.
Questions from offerors must be received by 11:00 a.m., November 18, 2021. Questions should be emailed to dstanley@co.prince-edward.va.us All responses to inquiries will be in writing in the form of a written Addendum and will be posted on the Prince Edward County website at www.co.prince-edward.va.us by 2:00 p.m. November 12, 2021.
