Mecklenburg County issued the following announcement on Dec. 16
It is illegal in Virginia to discriminate in residential housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, elderliness, familial status, national origin, source of funds, sexual orientation, gender identity, or status as a veteran. If you believe you have been discriminated against, call 888-551-3247 or TTY VA Relay 7-1-1.
