Cumberland County issued the following announcement on Feb. 18
CSX Railroad will be closing Route 45N at the railroad crossing in Goochland County near the Cumberland County line to replace rail. The closing is scheduled to take place on March 14, 2022. If weather permits, and they have no unforeseen issues, their estimated open date will be March 17, 2022.
