Of the 2,510 people living in Crewe in 2020, 54.7 percent (1,374) were women and 45.3 percent (1,136) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Virginia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 26. In the 65 and over age range, there were 279 females and 86 males.
