Congratulations to the small businesses in Richmond’s East End and Manchester communities who received Supporting East End Entrepreneurship Development (SEED) grant awards in 2021 and 2022. We recently had the pleasure of coming together with our program partners, LISC Virginia, Capital One and InUnison, to celebrate these incredible small businesses and entrepreneurs.
