On March 12th, Masuk High School Point Guard Mateo Esmeraldo’s collegiate team the Longwood Lancers were invited to the NCAA tournament as a 16 seed.

The Longwood Lancers ended the regular season with a 21-13 record. They are paired against the Houston Cougars who are a 1 seed. The game will take place on Friday, March 22 in Memphis, Tennessee.
