Tori Powell, former Mecklenburg County High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Saturday, May 24 in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Saturday, May 24, former Mecklenburg County High School standout Tori Powell’s current collegiate team the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets won 1-0 against the Moravian Greyhounds in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Blue & Grey Softball Field at 11 a.m. and was the third matchup against the Moravian Greyhounds in the tournament.

The Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets’ next game will take place on Thursday, May 29 at 11 a.m. at Inspiration Field.
