Hampden-Sydney Falls On The Road At Mary Washington 79-66
Junior Davidson Hubbard (Charlotte, NC) equaled his career-high with 22 points, adding a season-high 11 rebounds for his third double-double this season, but Hampden-Sydney College dropped a 79-66 non-conference basketball decision on the road at the University of Mary Washington on Tuesday night in Fredericksburg. "We are really struggling to find our rhythm right now and we are not playing together as a result," said fourth-year head coach Caleb Kimbrough. "We have a lot to clean up, and we will going into ODAC play."
H-SC took an early 2-0 lead following a basket inside by Hubbard at 19:44, but UMW responded with eight-straight points, before senior Ryan Clements (Conyers, GA) connected on a three-point field goal at 15:44 to make it 8-5.
