Brunswick County Schools recently issued the following announcement.
Attention BCPS Families | This message is in reference to SB739. SB739 ensures that masks are optional for students within the school buildings effective March 1, 2022. At BCPS, it will become effective on Monday, February 28, 2022.
Federal guidelines indicate that students are to wear masks on the school bus. Faculty/Staff fall under the Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) regulations and will need to continue mask-wearing until further guidance is provided. Please see the photo below for additional information.
